Shipping Time Schedule: Once an order is completed, it will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If there is a delay in shipment of your order, you will be notified via email.
Delivery Time Schedule: Priority shipping is delivered in approximately 3 - 5 days and Standard shipping is delivered in approximately 5 - 10 days. Priority and Standard shipping delivery times are approximated and are not guaranteed to be delivered within the stated time frame. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please opt for Express shipping.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on real-time USPS rates and vary depending on the weight of your order and shipping address. Shipping rates are calculated for your review during the checkout process.
Shipping Terms: Puiusa.com ships to any valid address in the 50 United States, including, but not limited to: APO's, PO boxes, To make this happen, we utilize several different companies to best serve your shipping needs. Your package may be shipped via UPS or USPS. The best shipment method is determined by Puiusa.com based on your shipping address and speed of service selected. Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
International Shipping: Possibilities Unlimited, Inc. does not currently ship products internationally.
Puiusa.com Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Puiusa.com. Returns are accepted within 15 days of ship date. We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
Returned items must be unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in re-sellable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, soiled or altered. Items that are returned with funky odors (smoke, perfume, etc) or covered in pet hair are not re-sellable and are therefore non-returnable.
Items that are returned that do not meet the guidelines above will be returned to you at your expense. Please allow up to two weeks for processing of your return or exchange.
Return Authorization Numbers
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Your Return Authorization number must be written prominently on the outside of your return shipment. Packages received by Puiusa.com that do not have a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
Return Authorization numbers can be obtained by logging into your Puiusa.com account. Once you have logged in, click on "My Account". View the order of the item that you would like to return and click on "Need to return this product?” File out the form and you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to complete your return. |
